Why EXO-TEC?

The EXO-TEC Companies were formed to offer the building construction industry with a single source for solutions on building exo-system issues. Whether it be new construction, repairs or restorations, we have the knowledge and products to help you have a successful project that is free of problems.

We consist of three separate companies.

• EXO-TEC Manufacturing, Inc.
• EXO-TEC Solutions, Inc.
• EXO-TEC Consulting, Inc.

All three companies are owned and operated by Len Anastasi.

Consulting

EXO-TEC Consulting offers consulting services to building owners, building managers, design professionals, contractors and legal professionals.

Len Anastasi has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years. He has practical field experience in performing masonry, restoration and waterproofing work.

He is a member of the ASTM E 06 Committee on building performance where he has authored new ASTM standards and changes to existing standards. He also served as President of the Air Barrier Association of America for three terms and is currently one of the two Vice Presidents. He is a member of the U. S. Governments Building Enclosure Technology and Environment Council, the Boston Society of Architects Building Enclosure, the Construction Specifications Institute, the International Concrete Repair Institute, and the International Masonry Institute.

He has spoken both locally and nationally on various subjects regarding building enclosure systems and has authored numerous papers and articles.
